Launch checklist

• Signer domain/version pinned

• Roots ↔ configurations verified

• Window open; fee mode correct; flags (dynamicRecipient, isWrappedToken) correct

• Hooks wired; balances sufficient

• Claim portal enabled; recipient comms ready
